30-day returns and exchanges
We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective products and also accept exchanges. Submit a request within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories.
Return method and costs
Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible approved return. Contact us before mailing the item and follow the confirmed instructions. We charge no restocking fee.
Problems, exchanges, and refunds
For damage, defects, incorrect items, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description, provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and requested photos or video. Exchanges depend on available stock. After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days; the bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
